EXHEAT Launches Standard Oil Heater Range (Process)

EXHEAT Ltd, one of the world's leaders in the design and manufacture of electric heaters and associated control systems for Hazardous Area equipment, is pleased to announce the availability of its Standard Oil Heaters (process). EXHEAT oil heaters are used in many applications such as fuel forwarding, fuel separation, pipelines, oil preheating and crude oil heating to improve viscosity.

The standard range is pre-engineered based on proven EXHEAT designs. Key features include design temperature up to 150°C, carbon steel or stainless steel shell, voltage up to 690V and duty ranging from 40 – 2320 kW, dependent on size. Design pressures range from 10 - 40 barg.

The standard oil heaters (process) are suitable for use in safe as well as hazardous areas; the range has ATEX, IECEx, CSA, GOST, KGS and Inmetro certification amongst others. Heaters up to 16” are supplied with Ex d or Ex e certifications; heaters over 16" are supplied with Ex e certification only. The standard range is available with enhanced delivery time of 12 – 14 weeks. Further announcements on delivery times will follow in due course.
