Fuel Gas Heaters Adriatic LNG Regasification Terminal

EXHEAT has continued success with the supply of a fuel gas heating skid onto the world's first, state of the art, offshore gravity based LNG terminal. Our skid mounted unit comprises of two 178kW fuel gas heaters, control panels and all associated instrumentation. EXHEAT have designed the full skid to allow for a single point lift and skid edge hook up to allow for ease of installation. The complete fuel gas system is ATEX certified for use in a Zone 1 Hazardous area.

The Adriatic LNG terminal will undergo a period of commissioning and testing and is expected to reach its full operational capacity in 2009. Once operational the terminal will have capacity equal to approximately 10% of Italy's gas consumption. The terminal has been constructed by Terminale GNL Adriatico Srl, a company owned by Qatar Terminal Limited (45%), ExxonMobil Italiana Gas (45%) and Edison (10%). Qatar Terminal Limited is a 100% owned subsidiary of Qatar Petroleum.
